PURPOSE:To increase the capacitance of an electric double layer capacitor, to reduce the internal resistance and to simplify the configuration of a polarizable electrode. CONSTITUTION:A conductive polymer film 3 formed on the surface of a polymerization electrode 2 used for obtaining conductive polymer by electrolytic polymerization is, as it is, considered as a polarizable electrode 1. An electrolyte is impregnated into said polarizable electrode 1 and an electric double layer capacitor is formed by intervening separators. |
