METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGH PRESSURE CONTAINERS

The pressure container used as high-pressure combustion tube of a rocket engine, is manufactured by polar and helical winding method. The method is composed of forming a primary laminated body (10) by mounting a small diameter boss (7) at an end of a mandrel (6), mounting a metallic jig (9) having a larger diameter than the boss (7) and a large diameter boss (8), winding the fiber by the polar winding method; laminating a secondary laminated body (13) on the body (10) by mounting jig (11) having a smaller diameter than the boss (8) at the outside of the boss (7), mounting a jig having the same diameter as the boss (8) on the boss (8), winding the fiber by the helical winding method.
