PURPOSE:To provide an insulated cable having an excellent heat resisting property at 400 deg.C and higher, good electrical characteristics as to insulation, etc., and a good water resisting property. CONSTITUTION:A heat-resisting insulated cable comprises a core wire having braided 3, or spiral 4, inorganic fibers at its outermost layer and coated with heat-resisting paint. The heat-resisting paint is composed mainly of a mixture of 100 parts by weight of silicon resin and 50 parts or more and 300 parts or less by weight (in solid) of ceramic adhesive. |
