CONSTITUTION:Data of a control data file 3 selected by key input 1 are written in display processors 4 and 4' by individual processes, and switched alternately and displayed on a control element display device 5. A controlled side sends control data back and a transmission and reception collation device 12 collates the sent data with the sent-back data to confirm that there is no error in a controlled system control result. Control data stored in a sent data file 7 and sent-back control data stored in a received data file 11 are displayed alternately on a control response display device 16 to confirm that there is no error in control contents.
