<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a means which enables a user to provide an interface function, using a speech at an optional part of an application system while developing the application software, through easy editing operation. CONSTITUTION:Speech functions including at least one of a speech synthesizing function, a speech recognizing function, and a speech conversation function and plural operation contents of the speech functions are visually displayed as menus 304 and 701 for speech processing, necessary speech functions are selected and indicated among various speech functions shown in the menus 304 and 701 by using a pointing tool such as a mouse and merged with optional parts of the application system, and parameter values are set. The result is complied to generate an application program, thus easily granting the speech interface function.</p> |
