PURPOSE:To maintain the stability of image quality by correcting toner concentration controlling reference voltage in accordance with the output difference voltage of a toner concentration sensor after a specified time from starting stirring and correcting the under-toner transition of developer receiving time or thermal stress. CONSTITUTION:Even in the case of the developer 9 receiving the time or thermal stress, the toner concentration controlling reference voltage is corrected by inferring the state of the developer 9 by the behavioral change of the output voltage of the toner concentration sensor 8 at the time of adjusting the developer in a prestage for setting the toner concentration controlling reference voltage. The stirring time of the developer 9 is changed and the plurally set controlling softwares of the toner concentration controlling reference voltage are selected. The output voltage value of the sensor 8 is corrected after counting fixed number of copies, and further the rotating speed of a stirring roller 5 is increased. Thus, a toner control factor corresponding to the material change level of the developer 9 is absorbed. |
