PURPOSE:To provide a stator for an excellent brushless motor, in which high reliability, the reduction of noises and miniaturization are realized, by preventing the malfunction, which has been generated due to the working of a synthetic resin as a dielectric, of a drive circuit in the stator for the conventional brushless motor, in which a printed wiring board, on which a stator core, on which a winding is wound, and the drive circuit is mounted, is molded and solidified integrally with the synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Air layers are formed to the dielectric section of a capacitor, which has been constituted among the wiring pattern of a printed wiring board 4 and wirings 3 as a dielectric by a synthetic resin, by forming structure, in which sections among the printed wiring board 4 and the wirings 4 are filled with a foamed resin, and noise currents flowing through a driver circuit for lowering the relative permittivity and restrain the capacitor effect are prevented, thus obtaining a stator for a brushless motor, in which there is no circuit malfunction and which has high reliability. |
