PURPOSE:To effectively prevent babbles from occurring by a method wherein right after a liquid level is detected, a dispensing pump is stopped to stop the ejection of an air and an air blow-off valve is opened. CONSTITUTION:A pump 18 is driven under control of a control section 22 so that a nozzle 10 is lowered by a drive section 24 by ejecting an air from a tip of the nozzle 10. When a pressure value detected by a pressure sensor 20 exceeds a threshold level, that is, a liquid level of a specimen 14 is detected, the pump 18 is immediately stopped and an air blow-off valve 26 is opened so that the lowering of the nozzle 10 is stopped. As a result, pressure in a pipeline (a pipe 16, a nozzle 10, a syringe) is suddenly reduced, thereby it is possible to effectively prevent bubbles from occurring and to enhance the dispensing accuracy. |
