Device for determination of quality of insulation coating of pipeline consists of generator and receiver of electromagnetic vibrations. Generator is arranged with possibility of generation of electric pulses of stabilized current with at least two harmonics simultaneously, and receiver is arranged with possibility of evaluation of spectrum of received signal.
