FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pliers-tongs with two pairs of rotary grips, from which grips of one external pair are arranged in the form of grabbing grips (33) and may move above the first handle of pliers (1) and gripping part (3), which have joint point of rotation (5), and grips of other internal pair are arranged in the form of cutting grips (41) with blades (37), which penetrate into insulation and cut it, and also with fixed to cutting grips (31), which move in the casing of pliers-tongs in longitudinal direction that causes stripping movements of driving stem (43), which is connected via lever to the second handle of pliers-tongs (7). According to invention content in the first handle of pliers-tongs (1) or in part of grips (3) at least one sliding wedge is installed (13, 23), namely in the slot that has the shape of this wedge, at that the first plane of sliding wedge (15, 25) that faces cutting grips (41) is flat, and other plane of sliding wedge (17, 27) adjacent to slot has such shape so that distance between both planes is decreased from the middle part of sliding wedge (13, 23) to at least to one of both ends of sliding wedge. Due to such arrangement opening of pliers-tongs for insulation removal causes displacement of sliding wedge (13, 23) in longitudinal direction with simultaneous adjustment of sliding wedge (13, 23) position vertically in relation to longitudinal direction, which results in setup of cutting depth of cutting grips (41) and cutting blades (37) fixed on them. ^ EFFECT: development of improved tongs for removal of insulation with function of automatic adjustment. ^ 9 cl, 6 dwg |
