The method of determination of bacteriostatic properties of antibodies to the biologically active components of Burkholderia pseudomallei cell wall consists in the following: bacteriemic cells preliminary incubated, at various expositions with investigated monoclonal antibodies, and also with MCA in the presence of a complement, plate on a dense nutrient medium, incubate seeding in a thermostat at 37°C and make the account of results of experiences by quantity of evolved colonies in 1-2 days.
