A method for the complex processing of the linden inflorescences provides for the successive extraction of the air dry raw material with the solvents of the various polarity, in particular the hydrophobic and hydrophilic organic solvents and the water producing the lipophilic and hydrophilic extracts followed by the removal of the solvents. In succession, the lipophilic complex, the phenolic complex, and the sum of polysaccharides are obtained. The liquefied gas such as difluorochloromethane is used as the hydrophobic solvent for producing the lipophilic complex. The extraction temperature is 10-50 °С, preferably 30-40 °С at a 1:5 - 1:50 ratio of raw material : extractant (preferably 1:10 - 1:30). The duration of the extraction is at least 2 hours. С-С, aliphatic alcohols, preferably. 20-90% ethanol, are used as the hydrophilic solvent for producing the phenolic complex. The extraction cake : extractant ratio is 1:10 - 1:20. The duration of the extraction is 2-24 hours. The sum of polysaccharides is obtained upon extracting the cake with the water at a 1:10 - 1:50 ratio of cake : extractant, preferably 1:20 - 1:30 at the temperature of 60-100 °С, preferably 70-80 °С upon constant stirring for 1-12 hours, preferably 2-6 hours. |
