A lab-on-a-chip having a mixing chamber is provided to accurately measure the concentration of a sample by measuring the light generated when a reagent and the sample react. A lab-on-a-chip having a mixing chamber comprises a first panel(10) and a second panel. The first panel includes a reagent injection part(11), a sample injection part(13), a reagent channel(15), a sample channel(17), a mixing chamber(19), a mixing channel(21), and a detecting part(14). The second panel includes a reagent injection hole, a sample injection hole, and a discharge hole. The width of the mixing chamber is larger than the width of the reagent channel or the sample channel. The angle between the reagent channel and the sample channel is smaller than 180°. The mixing channel is formed between the reagent channel and the sample channel. The angle between the mixing channel and the sample channel and the angle between the mixing channel and the sample channel are smaller than 90°.
