A biological defense food monitoring system according to mobile RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)/USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) environment is provided to manage information on raising, processing, distribution and storage of food ingredients and cooking processes in real time. A biological defense food monitoring system according to mobile RFID/USN environment includes a food ingredient production client(10), a food ingredient processing client(20), a food supply place client(30), a food monitoring server system(40), and a grade determination unit(160). The food ingredient production client includes an RFID tag issuing unit(12) and a portable information input unit for RFID tag information and analyzed DNA information on food ingredients to the food monitoring server system. The food ingredient processing client includes an RFID tag issuing unit(22) and a portable information input unit for transmitting RFID tag information and analyzed DNA information on processed ingredients to the food monitoring server system. The food monitoring server system manages information on food ingredients by using RFID tags, broadcasts the information in real time and supports market places where search and order only for DNA-certificated food ingredients having RFID tags attached thereto are performed. |
