A comprises an insulating fiber-glass rod and an insulating element coupled by means of , and metal tags. The insulating element is made as continuous covering from silicon rubber comprising s in the form of a body and ring ribs, which have cone-shaped deepening in the bottom. According to the invention, the covering is made from silicon rubber in the form of high-molecular compound siloxane rubber or vulcanized liquid two-component silicon rubber with the 1:1(mas.p.). At least one metal tag located from the side of a blind cylindrical hole used for placement of the fiberglass rod is made with a volume bulge in the form of a rotary body located symmetrically relatively to longitudinal symmetry axis of tag body and entire with the body. Side face of volume bulge is made rounded. At least from one side of the body according to the number of metal tags that made with volume bulge, the covering is made with an arc-shaped bell located symmetrically relatively to longitudinal symmetry axis of the covering body, the bulge located outside of it. At the covering end an opening having diameter (D) is made. The said diameter exceeds an inside diameter of the covering body D) , thickness of bell’s wall (h) is performed not less than thickness of covering body wall (h), in the general case, bell’s wall is made with variable thickness along bell length, internal surface of the bell of covering body and external surface of volume bulge are made interconnected, point of connection of external surfaces and covering body are performed smooth. |
