An auxiliary high-speed transfer device for mounting a large CNC machine is provided to maximize the workability by simultaneously or selectively performing a low speed precise process using a main transfer module and a high speed precise process using an auxiliary transfer module having low inertia. An auxiliary high-speed transfer device for mounting a large CNC machine comprises a main transfer module(200), an auxiliary transfer module(100) and a controller. The main transfer module performs a low speed precise process using a head(230) installed on a horizontal transfer deck(210) while being transferred on X, Y and Z axes along an X axis guide rail(211) installed on the horizontal transfer deck, a Y axis guide rail(240) installed at both sides of a table(10), and a Z axis guide rail installed on a vertical transfer deck(220). The auxiliary transfer module is spaced apart from the main transfer module on an X axis on the table and performs a high speed precise process using an auxiliary head(130) installed on an auxiliary horizontal transfer deck(110). The controller controls positions of the main and auxiliary transfer modules.
