A triple pipe and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to enhance the physical properties of a triple pipe by filling foam filler material in an intermediate layer and to obtain superior resistance endurable to pressure and external impact. A triple pipe comprises an inner layer(20) made of high density polyethylene material and an intermediate layer(30) provided on the outer surface of the inner layer and having a hollow section(32) in a circumferential direction thereof. A foam filler material(40) is filled in the intermediate layer. An outer layer(50) is made of high density polyethylene material and is sprially wound around the outer surface of the intermediate layer in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer includes 70.0 weight % of polyethylene, 14.5 weight % of polypropylene, 7.0 weight % of carbon fiber, 1.0 weight % of dispersing agent, 2.5 weight % of stabilizer and 5.0 weight % of antimicrobial agent.
