Method for dyeing cup-like cells of bowels of animal and poultry includes selection, fixation and treatment of material of bowels under investigation with following preparation of paraffin blocks, obtaining histological cuts, gluing those to object glasses, drying, de-waxing of cuts and bringing those in water by standard sequence, dyeing of preparations, washing, passing through upward set of alcohols, xylol, placement to balm and microscopic analysis of histological preparations. |
