A line of production of flux cored wire contains in-series located device for unwinding of tape, a roll-forming machine with horizontal and vertical roll stands, at least, part of which is equipped with an electromechanical drive, which consists of an electric motor connected with a gear differential stand of horizontal or vertical version, a dosing apparatus and a winding device; moreover the gear differential stands are made in the form of dividers in half of power, which is supplied to two shafts of roll stand, and the electric motors are made with possibility of adjusting the power with a coefficient proportional to the energy intensity of manufacturing operation on appropriate roll stand. |
