Device for treatment of borehole has cylindrical body in walls of which slots are provided with appliances for cleaning cavernous intervals. Outer wall of the body has slot in which appliance arranged as blade is fixed. Free end of the blade is connected to the body with possibility of displacement with respect to outer surface of the body at periods of purification of cavernous intervals.
