A sowing machine has a hitch frame and a tank with a distributor mechanism of the spring-screw type sowing the material on both sides. Two smooth rollers of the same width arranged one after another are used as ploughshares. The front roller of the large diameter is fixed in bearings on the frame and rolls along the surface of the field. The rear roller of the lesser diameter, connected to the frame on a lever suspension at a certain distance from the surface of the field, by means of a crossed belt drive from the front roller rotates to the opposite side with the same angular velocity and is pressed thereto under the effect of the spring through a lever and a tension roller. |
