FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for bone fat extraction consists in forming a trema to cavity, filled with bone marrow, taking the bone marrow by way of vacuum blowing, then by means of centrifugation bone fat is extracted from the taken bone marrow. Device for bone fat extraction consists of an adapter for taking the bone marrow from the trema, formed in a bone cavity, connected with a flexible tube, designed for bone marrow transportation to a bone marrow tank, connected with vacuum pump line, allowing to compact the bone marrow to the storage container by vacuum. The storage container is placed to a centrifuge for the following separation of bone fat from the bone marrow by way of centrifugation. Proposed method and device let extract the bone fat, that is used as joints lubrication. The invention does not demand considerable material inputs, all constituent parts of the device are manufactured in series and do not require organization of special production capacities. ^ EFFECT: extraction of bone fat, that is used for joints lubrication. ^ 9 cl, 1 dwg |
