A liquid container cap and an apparatus and a method for molding the same are provided to maximize the convenience of a user by maximizing elastic force when a cap is opened. A liquid container cap comprises an outflow pipe(210), a ring knob(208) and a cap(203). The outflow pipe has an open membrane(217) at the inner side of a fluid passage of a body(202). The ring knob opens the open membrane. The cap is connected with the body through a connecting piece(215). The front side of the outflow pipe has a U shape and the diameter of the outflow pipe is gradually narrowed from the front side to the rear side thereof. The tail portion(210a) of the outflow pipe and the tail portion of a curve portion(209) are forwardly inclined. The connecting piece has a hemispheric shape protruding upward and an elasticity hole(214) vertically extending through the central portion thereof.
