A method for production of thermo-electric tin telluride consists in disposing of initial materials: lead, bismuth, tin and tellurium, taken in the respective mass ratio, in the quartz vacuumized ampoule and placing them to the furnace, which temperature is higher than melting temperature of initial materials. An ampoule with initial materials is maintained at this temperature, after which an ampoule is cooled, produced ingots are broken and pressing is carried out. Charging of initial materials to the ampoule is carried out in the following priority - lead, bismuth, tin and tellurium. |
