METHOD FOR OBTAINING NONTRANSGENIC CULTURE OF ISOLATED ROOTS OF GENTIANS (GENTIANA L.)

A method for obtaining nontransgenic culture of isolated roots gentians (Gеntiana L.) at the first stage includes cultivating, explanting and growing the ends of rootlets (inoculi) of plants in a nutrient medium on the basis of Murashige-Skoog (MS) with the half content of macro- and microsalts (MS/2) supplemented with α-naphtylacetic acid and 6-benzylaminopurine or α-naphtylacetic acid and kinetin as phytohormones.
