A modular biodiesel installation consists from the tank for the oil, methanol and the reactor, connected by theirs outlet manifolds through the corresponding electro valves with the intake manifold of the main circulating pump, the pressure pipe of which is subdivided through the separate electro valves into the parallel lines of heat exchanger, cavitating chamber and direct circuit, connected than with the intake manifolds of reactor and the drain trap; inside the drain trap the mixing pump is installed, the head conduit of which is connected to it in the place of intake of alkali catalyst, the ultrasonic transducers and measuring device are installed inside the tank for methanol. |
