Connection between terminals of a three-phase electric component in a matrix converter is simplified and inductance between conductors is reduced. Linearly arranged terminals (11) of an Ac capacitor (10) and input terminals (21) of an IGBT (20) are arranged to be in parallel and to have the three terminals close to each other. A bus bar is provided as a laminated bus bar (100) by laminating three board-shaped bus bars. Each of the board-shaped bus bars is provided with an inner terminal for connecting between the adjacent terminals of the terminals at three points on the AC capacitor (10) and the input terminals at three points on the IGBT (20), and the adjacent terminals are connected each other through the inner terminal.
