DOUBLE ROLLER TYPE EXTRUDER FOR MANUFACTURING TIRES

A double roller type extruder for manufacturing a tire is provided to improve efficiency of the manufacturing process for the tire and to enhance quality of the tire by densely forming an extruding material. A double roller type extruder for manufacturing a tire comprises a cylinder(100) and a nozzle(110) installed at a front end of the cylinder. A pair of rollers(210a,210b) are installed in front of the nozzle. A molding recess is formed in an outer peripheral surface of at least one of the rollers. An extruding material, which is extruded from the nozzle, is discharged by passing through a nip formed between the rollers. A transfer roller is installed at a discharge port of the roller and a pair of cutting discs are installed in adjacent to the transfer roller.
