A bumper is provided to form a gap with regard to a CEOT(Close End Over Travel) between a piston head and a cylinder and to form urethane elastic bodies to reduce the shock caused by sudden closing of a hydraulic actuator. A bumper comprises a collar fixing part(110), urethane elastic body mounting parts(130), and a coupling part(120). The collar fixing part fixes a collar of a hydraulic actuator, and is installed with holes. The urethane elastic body mounting parts are mounted with urethane elastic bodies(135) at edges of the collar fixing part. The coupling part is installed between the collar fixing part and the urethane elastic body mounting part to be combined with an upper guide of a spring housing.
