<p>A vacuum pressure switch is provided to improve a life span and reduce a maintenance cost by having a slide of a metal or a resin material. A vacuum pressure switch includes a spring(260), a cover(270), a slide(240), a guide(230), a contact terminal(250), and a contact point unit(290). A diaphragm and the spring are inserted to a housing. The slide having the spring is installed on an upper part of the cover. The slide is inserted into the guide having an air outlet hole. If the diaphragm and the contact terminal are contacted, a vacuum occurs. If the vacuum is completed, the diaphragm and the contact terminal are apart from each other, and stop an operation of the switch. The contact point unit of a metal material having a contact point fixing hole and an elastic unit is integrally installed on the slide. The contact point fixing hole is inserted into a contact point fixing protrusion of the slide. The elastic unit contacts a contact point with the contact terminal fixed on the guide. If the contact point unit of the slide is contacted with the contact terminal, a vacuum operation is performed. If the vacuum operation is completed, the slide and the contact point unit are slid down by a larger pressure than the elastic force of the spring. The vacuum operation is stopped by blocking the contact between the contact point unit and the contact terminal.</p> |
