A method for preparing the roasted salt is provided to improve penetration by using the salt produced from deep sea water and a lacquer tree, thereby enhancing the taste of food. A method for preparing the roasted salt comprises the steps of putting the cut lacquer tree or the bark of a lacquer tree and clean water to an iron pot, heating it at 95-100 deg.C for 15-30 hours, and filtering it to remove the solid part, thereby obtaining a lacquer extract; putting 100 parts by weight of the salt precipitated by concentrating the deep sea water of a depth of 200 m or more and 50-200 parts by weight of the obtained lacquer extract to a crucible, putting the crucible into a furnace and heating it at 640-1,200 deg.C; cooling it at a room temperature; and pulverizing the cooled one.
