A packing box is provided to make a support unit function as a handle and a combining member for overlapping and joining each upper part. A packing box is composed of a rectangular bottom part; left and right parts(30) and front and rear parts(20) set up from four sides of the bottom part; side cover parts(41) and cover units(40) extended from each upside of the left and right parts and the front and rear parts; an upper part(50) extended from each upside of the side cover parts; support units(70) formed at both sides of the upper part; and an inclined part formed on the upside. The upper part is smaller than an area of the bottom part. The support unit is folded inward to function as a handle and a combining member for overlapping the upper part.
