PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily ensure a footwell of an occupant seated in a front passenger seat, in an air-conditioner having a fan unit and a heat exchange unit arranged substantially in a center part in the vehicle width direction while the fan unit is arranged on the rear side of the vehicle of the heat exchange unit. SOLUTION: An inside/outside air changing unit 11 is arranged on a front passenger seat side of a heat exchange unit 13, and the inside/outside air changing unit 11 is connected to a fan unit 12 by an inside/outside air duct 16. Thus, the inside/outside air duct 16 is brought closest to feet of an occupant seated in a front passenger seat. The inside/outside duct 16 is made smaller than the inside/outside air changing unit 11 with a built-in inside/outside air door 113, and the footwell of the occupant seated in the front passenger seat is easily ensured.
