PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection bolt feeding device to a rotary electrode in which, to a rotary electrode provided with a plurality of electrodes, a projection bolt can be fed by a compact device structure, and further, operability having high reliability can be obtained. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes 17, 18 provided with a receiving hole 20 of a bolt 1 are arranged at a rotary member 16. The stop position of the rotary member 16 is made into a waiting position where a shaft part 2 is inserted from a component feeding apparatus 9 into the receiving hole 20 and a welding position where the rotary member 16 is rotated, and the bolt 1 is welded to a steel sheet component 22 as a mating member. The component feeding apparatus 9 comprises: an insertion driving means 34 progressing/retreating to a direction same as that of the axis O-O of each electrode; a base member 35 coupled thereto; a transferring/rotating means 43 supported to the base member 35; and a component holding member 37 rotated and transferred by the transferring/rotating means 43.
