PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf capable of improving the withstand load of a shelf board in a simple structure. SOLUTION: This shelf 1 includes a pair of left/right side boards 3a and 3b formed of paperboard, and shelf boards 2 detachably laid between the side boards 3a and 3b and formed of the paperboard. The shelf board 2 has a pair of front/rear beam portions 10c and 10d formed into a hollow columnar shape by bending the front/rear ends of the shelf board 2 and extended in the left/right direction, and a self part 12 positioned between the beam portions 10c and 10d and connecting them. The side boards 3a and 3b are formed with support portions 40a and 40b in which the respective left/right ends of the beam portions 10c and 10d and the shelf part 12 are detachably inserted.
