PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash sill and a sash provided with it which receive rainwater entering an enclosure and condensation water generated in the enclosure, and can discharge rainwater and condensation water received to the outside. SOLUTION: The sash sill 3 is the lower frame of a frame-shaped sash frame constituting the sash S which is arranged in an opening formed at an exterior wall D. The sash sill 3 has at least a support part 35, a sag part 371, a bottom 372, and a fixation part 373. The support part 35 is supported to the top surface of the lower edge of the opening of the exterior wall D, and extended in the nearly horizontal direction. The sag part 371 sags from the support part 35 in the nearly vertical direction, and the bottom 372 is extended in nearly parallel with the support part 35.
