PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of outputting original information in a form with high security and reproducing the original information from output information. SOLUTION: The information processing system 1 has: a first feature information acquisition part 11 which acquires feature information representing features existing at an object position of a first medium in which random features are distributed, read from the first medium; a feature information output part 12 which outputs the acquired feature information; a second feature information acquisition part 21 which acquires feature information representing features existing at the respective positions of the second medium in which random features are distributed, read from the second medium and an information output part 22 which collates the output feature information with pieces of the acquired feature information at the respective positions and outputs information representing the position of the second medium corresponding to the acquired feature information when the acquired feature information is judged to match to the output feature information and exists.
