PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping washer with a wide degree of freedom in design such as selection of an elastic modulus or the like, excellent in application aptitude for a portion like a supporting part of an injector on which a vibration load is repeatedly applied. SOLUTION: The vibration damping washer is provided between two counter plane surfaces 1b, 2a two members 1, 2 on which the load is applied, and composed of an annular composite 6 formed by integrating an elastic plate material 4 formed in an annular shape and a vibration damping base material layer 5 made of rubber or resin. The elastic plate material 4 includes undulate shape parts 4a, 4b, 4c shaped in a direction "a" for the load being applied, and is provided with a plurality of through-holes 4d along the circumference. Part of a plate surface of the elastic plate material 4 is exposed from the vibration damping base material layer 5 or covered with a thin film of the vibration damping base material layer 5, and the elastic plate material 4 is buried in the vibration damping base material layer 5 in a state of the vibration damping base material layer 5 engaging in the through-hole 4d.
