This invention aims to provide a polyester film which is excellent in reflectivity and moldability, and a reflective film. Specifically disclosed is an aliphatic polyester resin composition containing an aliphatic polyester resin, a thermoplastic resin which is incompatible with the aliphatic polyester resin ("an incompatible resin"), a compatibilizer, and a finely powdered filler. This aliphatic polyester resin composition is characterized in that the compatibilizer is composed of an SEBS compound, a glycidyl methacrylate-ethylene copolymer or a mixture of them. Also specifically disclosed is an aliphatic polyester film comprising a resin layer A which is made of the aliphatic polyester resin composition.
