<p>A soft tissue evaluation system which can present material for making an objective judgment for diagnosing the initial symptom of a joint disorder to a medical doctor etc. The system includes an X-ray source (8) for applying radiation, a subject stand (14) which supports a subject (H) including a soft tissue within the radiation field of the radiation applied from the X-ray source (8), a detector (11) disposed in front in the applying direction of the radiation in comparison with the subject stand (14) to detect the phase contrast image of the radiation which is applied to the subject from the X-ray source (8) and transmitted through the subject, and a control part (31) which evaluates the state of the soft tissue according to the signal value of the image signal of the phase contrast image detected by the detector (11).</p> |
