To exactly authenticate an access to a decentralized storage system without increasing the load of a particular computer or communication path. An authentication information storing means (1a) stores authentication information. A logical volume acquiring means (1b) acquires, from a predetermined database (5), a logical volume (5a) in which data is associated with a storage node in which that data is located. When an access to the data is requested, a data accessing means (1c) determines, based on the logical volume (5a), the storage node to be accessed to and transmits, to the determined storage node, the authentication information and a command corresponding to the access request.
