An extension ladder for a fire engine is provided to prevent movement when being ascended, to increase an ascending height by increasing the number of booms of an extension ladder. An extension ladder for a fire engine consists of plural booms(1) for a fire engine. A roller adhesion unit is installed on the lower part of the upper end of each boom. The roller adhesion unit supports each boom through plural adhesion rollers and ascends each boom to be interlocked. The roller adhesion unit includes a horizontal protrusion plate, a vertical plate, a vertical adhesion roller and a horizontal adhesion roller. The horizontal protrusion plate protrudes horizontally from the side of each boom. The vertical plate is mounted on the side of each boom. The horizontal adhesion roller is mounted on the upper part of the vertical plate.
