A dietary supplement composition for skin beauty is provided to suppress the aging of the skin, to relieve the wrinkle of the skin and to improve whitening effect and moisturizing effect. A dietary supplement composition for skin beauty comprises 0.01-100 wt% of an extract of insam(ginseng) fruit as an efficient ingredient. Preferably the extract of insam is prepared by removing the seed of insam, drying the obtained flesh and pericarp of insam by sunlight or hot wind; and extracting the dried one by using water or ethanol.
