A heat shielding film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow rapid drying of the heat shielding and the adhesive layer, to reduce production cost by increasing productivity, and to prevent generation of cracks on the surface of each layer. A heat shielding film comprises: a heat shielding layer(1) to screen radiant heat; an adhesive layer(2) able to be attached to the heat shielding layer; a base material layer(3) on which the heat shielding layer is formed; and a protection layer(4) on which the adhesive layer is established. A method for manufacturing the heat shielding film includes the steps of: applying the heat shielding layer on the base material layer; heat shielding layer by applying microwaves; forming the adhesive layer on one side of the protection layer; hardening or drying the formed adhesive layer by applying microwaves.
