<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device with a heat radiation plate performing playback operation of signals recorded in an optical disk, while performing heat radiation operation of heat generated from a laser element. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup device includes: a housing 1 in which optical parts and a laser diode emitting a laser beam are incorporated and which is constituted of a metal; and heat radiation plates 6, 9 which are provided to radiate heat generated from the laser diode and which is constituted of a metal being different from a material of the housing. The device is constituted so that fixing operation of the heat radiation plates 6, 9 for the housing 1 is performed by screwing operation by single screws 7, 10 and adhesive operation by an adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
