PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue an information processing request reflecting security conditions on an information processing requesting information processing apparatus to another information processing apparatus.

SOLUTION: When acquiring a request to process data from a data server 20, a data server 10 creates a security request for the data according to the processing request (S5002) and sends the created security request to the data server 20 (S5003). The data server 10 then acquires security setting information created by the data server 10 in response to the security request (S5006). Whether or not to permit the data processing request is determined according to the acquired security setting information and the security request (S5006). A processing request permission or denial in connection with determination results, the data and data security instruction information are sent to the data server 20 in accordance with the determination result (S5007).
