<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing decline in productivity even when paper is double fed. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 is provided with a paper carrying part 41, a double feeding detection part 42, a double-sided unit 47, separation rollers 48 and a control part 49. The paper carrying part 41 carries paper to an image forming part 43 on a first carrying path 41a extended from paper feeding cassettes 7 to the image forming part 43. The double feeding detection part 42 detects double fed paper. The double-sided unit 47 returns paper carried to a second carrying path 47a to the first carrying path 41a, on the second carrying path 47a for carrying paper passed through the image forming part 43 to the first carrying path 41a. The separation rollers 48 separate double fed paper. The control part 49 controls the double-sided unit 47 so that double fed paper is carried to the separation rollers 48 without image formation, so that a plurality of separated paper sheets are sequentially returned to the first carrying path 41a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
