<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material excelling in thermal and electric conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: This composite material is provided by hardening, in the presence of a magnetic field, a mixture of a magnetic mixed fluid prepared by dispersing Ni powder and Cu powder in a magnetic fluid, and a liquid elastic polymer material.
