<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent backflow of exhaust air of a drain valve into an exhausting passage, while preventing blockage of the exhausting passage of a pressure governor. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical member is provided under the drain valve to form the exhausting passage of the drain valve on an inner periphery of the cylindrical member. The exhausting passage of the pressure governor is provided along an outer peripheral wall face of the cylindrical member. As the cylindrical member is formed of a heat conductive material, the exhausting passage of the pressure governor is warmed with heat by exhaust air of the drain valve to prevent blockage by freezing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
