<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method which enables reproduction of a color domain more unlimitedly approaching a color reproduction domain of "RGB", by printing in ink of five colors prepared by using orange-red ink additionally for a printing method which uses inks of four process colors capable of making a color rendering domain (gamut) wider than that in the case of printing with Japan color standard ink conforming to the ISO standard. <P>SOLUTION: In regard to a lithographic printing method using an ink selected from yellow, red, indigo blue and India ink, this lithographic printing method consists of the method using the yellow, red and indigo blue ink of which the L*a*b* values of each color in the case of printing on the paper having L*a*b* within a specific range, as well as the L*a*b* values of each color in the case of solid overprinting of two colors selected from the yellow, red and indigo blue ink and further the L*a*b* values in the case of solid overprinting of three colors of the yellow, red and indigo blue, are within specific ranges, and uses the ink selected from the inks of five colors prepared by combining the orange-red ink of which the specific L*a*b* values are within specific ranges, with the ink of four colors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
